The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in hardware/software integration testing, low-level testing, and DO 178C compliant environments, with a background in aircraft power distribution and mission critical embedded systems.

- Perform Verification & Validation (V&V) activities for avionics and embedded software systems supporting the E 7A platform.
- Execute Hardware/Software Integration Testing (HSIT), low level testing, and module level testing.
- Conduct testing and debugging using Micro Board In Loop (MBIL) test setups or equivalent test stands.
- Perform Data Coupling and Control Coupling Analysis (DCCCA) and Structural Coverage Analysis (SCA) to support certification objectives.
- Develop and execute test procedures in alignment with DO 178C processes and program requirements.
- Support requirements management, change control, and traceability using Polarion CM/CR and DOORS.
- Collaborate with systems, hardware, and software engineering teams to resolve defects and ensure system compliance.
- Contribute to certification artifacts, test reports, and program reviews.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong working knowledge of Polarion CM/CR and IBM DOORS.
- Hands-on experience with microprocessors such as MPC5554 and MPC7448.
- Experience with communication bus protocols, including:
- TTP (Time Triggered Protocol)
- ARINC 429
- Prior experience with PDS (Secondary Power Distribution Systems).
- Familiarity with Secondary Power Distribution Systems in avionics environments.
- Proven experience working within DO 178C compliant development and verification processes.
- Strong background in integration testing, low level embedded testing, and fault isolation.
- Experience executing tests on MBIL or equivalent avionics test benches.
- Scripting experience with TCL and/or Python for test automation or analysis.
- Prior involvement in certification efforts for safety critical avionics software.
- Experience working on military or ISR aircraft platforms is a plus.
- Program-driven engineering environment with close collaboration across V&V, systems, hardware, and software teams.
- Hands-on lab and test bench focused role.
