Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review complex federal and state income tax returns for partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, and high-net-worth individuals
- Handle multi-state filing requirements, nexus considerations, and allocation/apportionment issues
- Research and resolve tax questions for clients proactively
- Manage workflow, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with clients and partners
- Supervise staff as needed
- Support tax planning, projections, and transactional matters
- Minimum 5 years of tax experience in a CPA firm
- Strong competency with pass-through entities
- Experience with real estate/construction/manufacturing strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple engagements without drama
- Solid working knowledge of CCH Prosystem fx and tax research tools
