What You Ll Do
- Make recommendations to management to adjust system performance parameters
- Design and develop custom integration solutions across enterprise applications
- Analyze impacts of system changes, installations, and enhancements across interconnected platforms
- Review and support transition activities, including JCL, schedules, file setups, and cycle execution
- Monitor production cycles, verify testing, and provide backup support as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure specifications are met and issues are resolved
- Participate in quality, production, release, data conversion, and disaster recovery activities
- Act as an internal consultant, mentor, and change agent for technical teams
- Support Production Support teams by answering system-related questions and troubleshooting issues
- Perform installations, configuration, scheduling, and tuning for complex projects
- Ensure Production and Test environments remain operational and stable
- Provide leadership or oversight for organization-wide initiatives impacting cloud infrastructure
- Technical experience in systems analysis, design, integration, or programming
- Advanced understanding of production system support and change impact analysis
- Strong knowledge of integration, quality assurance, and deployment methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24x7 support environment
- Cloud networking: Azure VNets, AWS VPCs, Route Tables, NSGs, VPN Gateways, Load Balancers
- VPN technologies for cloud and hybrid environments
- Network monitoring and diagnostics tools (AWS CloudWatch, Azure Network Watcher, SolarWinds)
- Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Azure ARM templates)
- Agile tools and methodologies
