Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience administering Red Hat Enterprise Linux in enterprise environments
- Ability to confidently work from the command line and troubleshoot OS-level issues
- Experience building and maintaining Linux systems on VMware or similar virtualization platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills across performance, storage, networking, and system-level failures
- Experience with automation tools, with a focus on Ansible and some exposure to Terraform
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, and monitoring tools
- Knowledge of encryption concepts and secure system design
- Ability to support production systems in an on-call rotation
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience with encryption platforms or key management solutions
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Scripting experience using Bash, Python, or similar languages
- Experience working in large, enterprise-scale environments
