- Perform end-to-end Snowflake platform administration in production environments
- Manage Snowflake accounts, warehouses, databases, schemas, roles, and users
- Configure, monitor, and optimize Snowflake warehouses for performance and scalability
- Implement and maintain Snowflake security best practices, including:
- User and role management
- Access permissions
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Network policies
- Data masking, access control policies, and secure views
- Monitor query performance and warehouse workloads
- Identify and resolve performance and stability issues
- Automate administrative tasks and workflows using Python and/or DBT
- Collaborate with data engineering, architecture, and cloud teams
- Ensure platform reliability, security, and operational excellence
- 7 12 years of hands-on Snowflake Administration experience
- Strong experience supporting Snowflake in enterprise production environments
- Solid understanding of data warehousing and cloud platforms
- Proven experience in performance optimization and security implementation
- Ability to clearly explain real Snowflake administration work (not theoretical knowledge)
