Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in data integration, transformation, and automation, along with a solid understanding of data modeling and cloud data architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and data pipelines for large-scale data integration projects.
- Implement and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes in Snowflake.
- Write efficient Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, validation, and automation.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Develop and maintain stored procedures, views, and SQL scripts in Snowflake.
- Monitor data pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability; troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively.
- Implement best practices for ETL design, data governance, and security in cloud environments.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to deploy and manage ETL solutions in CI/CD pipelines.
- Document technical designs, workflows, and data lineage.
- 8 years of experience in ETL development and data integration.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Snowflake including SnowSQL, Snowpipe, Streams, and Tasks.
- Proficient in Python programming for data processing and automation.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with performance tuning and query optimization.
- Experience with data modeling (Star/Snowflake schema) and warehouse design concepts.
- Familiarity with Airflow, DBT, or other orchestration tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) and their data services (e.g., S3, Lambda, Azure Data Factory).
- Good understanding of CI/CD processes and version control (e.g., Git).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
