Build test frameworks for AI agents, including:
Prompt testing and versioning
Scenario-based validation
Human-in-the-loop workflows
Ensure AI governance compliance:
Audit trails
Explainability
Bias and risk checks
Agentforce & AI Enablement
Develop and integrate AI agents into Salesforce workflows
Sales
