We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to support our direct client's After-Sales Service Transformation initiative. This role will primarily focus on Service Cloud with some exposure to Sales Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud (Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Service Console)
- Build scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations
- Support after-sales service processes and customer experience improvements
- Work on Sales Cloud modules (Leads, Opportunities) as needed
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and ensure data consistency
- 8 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Service Cloud
- Working knowledge of Sales Cloud
- Hands-on with Apex, LWC, APIs, and Flows
- Experience in service transformation or support environments preferred
- Salesforce certifications (PD1/PD2, Service Cloud)
- Experience in automotive or after-sales service domain
