Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools):
Senior Developer: 7-10 years as a Salesforce Developer. Should have the aptitude to evolve into an Architect
Strong Government Cloud experience is required for the Senior role. Should have prior experience with either Sales, Service, and/or Manufacturing as well
Mid‑Level Developer: 5 years of Salesforce development experience; preferred experience with Government Cloud but commercial experience in Sales, Service, or Manufacturing Cloud is acceptable.
Looking for developers, not administrators or architects. Must be hands on.
What Will Win (formerly known as “Nice-to-Haves”):
Experience with Salesforce RCA (currently being launched internally).
