Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce AI Developer / Consultant to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce development expertise combined with hands-on experience in Salesforce AI technologies, automation, customer engagement, and enterprise integrations.

Note: Junior Salesforce professionals with relevant AI experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Salesforce AI technologies.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, Data Cloud, Flow Automation, and MuleSoft.
• Develop AI-driven workflows to improve customer engagement, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Build and enhance solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and Flow Builder.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems, APIs, ServiceNow, and external AI platforms.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and deliver high-value AI use cases.
• Create technical documentation, best practices, and implementation guides.
• Support AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

• 5 years of Salesforce development and platform experience.
• Strong expertise in:
• Salesforce Platform Development
• Sales Cloud
• Service Cloud
• Experience Cloud
• Marketing Cloud
• MuleSoft
• Hands-on experience with:
• Salesforce Einstein
• Agentforce
• Einstein Copilot
• Data Cloud
• Strong development experience with:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Flows
• REST/SOAP APIs
• Integrations
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts and AI-powered business workflows.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II Certification.
• Salesforce AI Specialist Certification.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with OpenAI, Vertex AI, or Azure OpenAI.
• Knowledge of:
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Conversational AI
• AI Agents
