Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior RPA Consultant with deep expertise in Automation Anywhere to lead end-to-end automation initiatives. This role involves solution design, architecture, stakeholder management, and mentoring junior developers. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and hands-on experience in building scalable bots across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere (preferably A360).
- Collaborate with business teams and process owners to identify and assess automation opportunities.
- Design high-level architecture and solution design documents (SDD/PDD).
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and compliance of RPA solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Integrate RPA solutions with databases, APIs, and third-party tools.
- Perform code reviews and enforce development best practices.
- Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure.
- 10 years of total IT experience, with at least 5 years in RPA using Automation Anywhere.
- Strong expertise in Automation Anywhere A360 and legacy versions (v11.x).
- Solid experience in designing bot architecture, workflows, and reusable components.
- Proficient in scripting (VBScript, JavaScript, Python).
- Experience working with Control Room, bot scheduling, and error handling.
- Strong understanding of PDD, SDD, and documentation standards.
- Hands-on experience with database queries (SQL) and API integrations.
- Experience with OCR tools, AI/ML integrations, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices for RPA CI/CD is an advantage
