Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Recruitment Associate to support recruitment operations and broader HR functions across the organization. This role will work closely with a Senior Recruitment/HR leader while partnering with the HR team to support hiring initiatives, HR operations, and administrative processes.
The Senior Recruitment Associate will play a hands-on role in managing recruitment activities, coordinating hiring processes, and supporting key HR operational tasks including onboarding, vendor coordination, purchase order (PO) setup, and payment processing. This position is ideal for someone with strong recruiting coordination experience who is looking to expand their exposure across Human Resources.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
3 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations
Full-cycle recruitment support experience - including resume review, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer/onboarding assistance
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking or HR systems
Experience supporting HR operational functions - including onboarding/offboarding coordination, HR documentation, and vendor/PO/payment processing support
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Experience supporting recruitment and HR operational processes in a fast-paced environment preferred.
