Job Summary Seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage business analysis activities for large, complex IT projects in partnership with the IT Project Manager and state resources. The role owns AS-IS/TO-BE process analysis, requirements elicitation and documentation, solution evaluation, and stakeholder enablement across the project and software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible
experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least four (4) years of that
experience must have been as a Senior PM of one or more large or complex IT projects. (A large or
complex IT project is defined as duration greater than one (1) year with a total project budget
exceeding $5 million.)
At least one (1) year of experience supporting the California Department of Technology ProjectApproval Lifecycle (PAL) process, including PAL Stages 2 and 3 in support of a complex IT project with a duration of at least one (1) year and a total project budget exceeding $5 million.
