Role: Senior Performance Test Manager
Duration: 15 Months
Location: Austin, Texas 78778.
Project Summary:
The Worker(s) will provide the following services: Perform advanced Test Manager work as a member of IT Project Management Office (PMO). Perform highly advanced analysis and testing tasks related to software development. Responsible for activities during all phases of the system development life cycle including analyzing, diagnosing and resolving reported software problems and troubleshooting system issues for internal and external clients. Define and review the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy specific to the client UAT scope (guidance to team for Unified Compliance Frameworks (UCFs) as well), and resources and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) testing to be aligned. Coordinate each UCF with business SMEs. Review of UAT Test Cases received from Vendor with SMEs. Work with business users and SMEs to create and update test cases and execute testing. Act as the main point of contact between IT, business users, and the development team. Lead triages, tracking, prioritizing, and managing defects. Provide and review updates on UAT progress and results. Provide project status updates, progress on defects, and check progress on requirement traceability and coverage. Ensure exit criteria are met and obtain final sign-off from the business. Perform other duties as assigned to maintain operations.
Required Skills:
5 Years of Creating and executing system test plans
5 Years of Performance Testing
5 Years of Performance monitoring tools (eg; JProfiler, JMeter)
5 Years of Test tools (JUnit, Selenium, Microfocus UFT, etc.)
5 Years of Unit testing tools and frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, etc)
5 Years of Experience and understanding of the full software life-cycle with specific emphasis on the testing discipline
5 Years of Excellent leadership, communication, organization, planning, and problem-solving skills)
5 Years of Manage, perform, monitor, and report on test activities
5 Years of Oversee user acceptance, performance, accessibility, interface, and data conversion testing
5 Years of Review, update and create test strategy, suites, and scripts
5 Years of Document and report test results and problem incident reports (PIRs)/defect status
5 Years of Coordinate scheduling of testing staff, test activities, and meetings
5 Years of Provide training and mentoring of testing team members
Preferred Qualifications:
5 Years of DB2 and MS SQL Server Queries
5 Years of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Octane
5 Years of Jenkins, CVS, Maven, and Ant
4 Years of Testing management experience in UI with commercial software including Sagitec’s Neosurance
1 Year of State of Texas experience
