We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Order-to-Cash (O2C) expert with strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), Revenue Recognition (ASC 606), and Cash Management. This role involves leading transformation and optimization initiatives across enterprise finance systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes with a focus on Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Ensure compliance with ASC 606 Revenue Recognition standards
- Manage and optimize Cash Management and Lockbox processes
- Drive AR transformation including collections, credit, and dispute management
- Collaborate with Finance and IT teams for system enhancements and automation
- Provide functional and technical leadership in ERP environments (Oracle/SAP)
- Lead implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvements
- 15 years of experience in Oracle O2C / AR domain
- Strong expertise in ORacle Accounts Receivable, ASC 606, Cash Management, and Lockbox
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP)
- Strong understanding of financial processes and compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in large-scale finance transformation programs
- Exposure to tools like BlackLine
- CPA / CA or equivalent certification (preferred)
