Client Advisory & Solution Design
✅ 10 years of SAP consulting experience
✅ 6 years of SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance experience
✅ Strong Utilities Industry experience
✅ Hands-on experience with:
✅ Strong client-facing and executive stakeholder management skills
✅ Experience managing global onshore/offshore teams
Preferred Experience
✅ Bachelor's degree required (Master's/MBA preferred)

Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Solution Design
- Assess current asset management processes, systems, and business challenges.
- Define and architect SAP EAM solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA EAM and Intelligent Asset Management.
- Develop transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Lead integration strategy involving GIS, IoT, predictive maintenance, and enterprise systems.
- Lead end-to-end SAP EAM program delivery.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Provide governance across design, configuration, testing, data migration, and cutover activities.
- Drive adoption of industry best practices, RISE with SAP, and value realization frameworks.
✅ 10 years of SAP consulting experience
✅ 6 years of SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance experience
✅ Strong Utilities Industry experience
✅ Hands-on experience with:
- SAP S/4HANA EAM
- SAP Asset Intelligence Network (AIN)
- SAP Asset Strategy & Performance Management (ASPM)
- SAP Work Manager / SAP Fiori
✅ Strong client-facing and executive stakeholder management skills
✅ Experience managing global onshore/offshore teams
