About The Job
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and manage a technical team that designs, builds, installs and operates enterprise applications from SaaS applications to those self hosted in regulated environments.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise application strategy that directly supports Anduril's business objectives and mission while leveraging the latest tech advancements.
- Partner with internal customers to make sure they can do their jobs well and with minimal friction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our security team, to drive innovation and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and speed to delivery
- Manage and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring Anduril maximally leverages existing products and does so at a fair price.
- Experience managing teams in an ultra fast-paced, dynamic, demanding environment.
- Strong technical skills. Tangible evidence of successfully executing the delivery of enterprise applications and capabilities.
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive application strategies, aligning with a broader organizational objectives while tying together seemingly disparate applications.
- Should be opinionated at the functional level on what right looks like but not married to any one tool or set of tools. Must be able to integrate into the existing Anduril tech stack and build from there.
- Experience with deploying AI or AI enhanced capability to a large workforce.
- Deep experience with identity tooling.
- Experience in a regulated industry such as defense.
- Ability to code in one or more languages.
