Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior LIMS Business Analyst to support the implementation of a STARLIMS LPH solution for environmental and clinical laboratory users. This role involves requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, testing, validation, and stakeholder engagement throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of laboratory experience (clinical, environmental, or laboratory systems support)
• 5 years of LIMS implementation experience
• 10 years of business analysis and analytical problem-solving experience
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, use case development, and stakeholder interviews/workshops
• Experience creating business requirements, functional specifications, and solution design documentation
• Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, UAT, and QA activities
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and Azure DevOps
  
  

Highly Preferred:

• STARLIMS configuration and validation experience
• Experience with STARLIMS LPH
