- 7 years of hands-on C and/or C development experience
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system-level programming
- Experience with multithreading, concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization
- Linux/Unix development environment experience
- Debugging, troubleshooting, and version control expertise
- Experience leading technical design efforts and mentoring developers
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Medical device (MedDev) industry experience
- Embedded systems development
- Networking or real-time applications
