JOB DETAILS:
Position:Senior IT Project Manager CCaaS & SaaS Platforms

Location:HYBRID - Torrance, CA 90501
Pay Rate:$74.00 per hour (W2 ONLY)
HYBRID: Must be able to work ONSITE 4 days per week **
HIRING REQUIREMENTS:
** NOT accepting any 3rd Party C2C candidates for any reason**
Project Manager will be involved in managing the CCaaS Contact Center as a Service and SaaS Software as a Service open platforms, following Waterfall or Agile methodology.
Responsible for assembling project plans and team work assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review: and escalating functional, quality timeline issues appropriately.
Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources
Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
Manages one or more cross-functional projects of high complexity.
Ability to learn the business aspects/domain at a high level to help deliver the project and business solution.
Responsible for the management of one or more medium to large-sized, moderate to high complex projects.
Plan vs. Actual cost checks issues/resolutions, schedule management and status reporting.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
10 years of IT work experience with 5 years Project Management
Advanced understanding and ability to manage complex program and project budgets.
Advanced ability in implementing program and project plans, monitoring progress, resource usage, and quality.
Advanced knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified Business Experience
Able to converse work with architecture/technical teams
Strong decision analysis skills-particularly in recommending the right direction/method/tool for an opportunity.
Experience in managing projects where there are more than 1 or more sub project components reporting to a common project lead/manager
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent experience.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Certified Project Manager, having successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
