• Responsible for assembling project plans and team work assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review: and escalating functional, quality timeline issues appropriately.
• Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources
• Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
• Manages one or more cross-functional projects of high complexity.
• Ability to play the primarily role of Sr. PM. But also have the ability to learn the business aspects/domain at a high level to help deliver the project and business solution.
• Responsible for the management of one or more medium to large-sized, moderate to high complex projects.
• Plan vs. Actual cost checks issues/resolutions, schedule management and status reporting.
  
  

What will this person be working on

Projects involving CCaaS, SaaS and other open platforms. These projects will follow Waterfall or Agile methodology.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent experience.
• Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is preferred.
• Disciplined project management, and understanding of how a PM can help/guide a project
• Advanced understanding and ability to manage complex program and project budgets.
• Advanced ability in implementing program and project plans, monitoring progress, resource usage, and quality.
• Advanced knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified Business Experience 10 to 12 years of IT work experience 5 years managing projects

• Strong decision analysis skills-particularly in recommending the right direction/method/tool for an opportunity.
