Responsibilities
- Azure and/or Data certifications
- Experience in a big-data environment or data security
- Data Governance experience including metadata curation, data lineage, business glossaries, and data quality rules
- Ability to coach and mentor agency data stewards on data governance best practices
- Experience with data governance tools such as Purview, Informatica, Alation, Collibra
- Previous experience with Power Platforms
- Demonstrated knowledge of data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK); familiarity with data governance roles and responsibilities within a government or enterprise context
- Experience with SQL and an understanding of data and systems' infrastructures
