The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.

The Impact you will have in this role:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supports the ACE Business Management team vision and creates clear, specific, and achievable objectives.
• Supports the delivery of automation solutions by working with key collaborators.
• Work with stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Collect, clean, and analyze business data to identify trends and insights.
• Work with stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Support data-driven decision-making by providing analytical findings to business teams
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  
  

Talents Needed for Success:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint)
• Basic understanding of Agile Software Development (primarily Scrum) principles and techniques
• Understands and uses applicable work management tools for decision making and collaboration (i.e. JIRA, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Suite).
• Experience working on multiple programs/projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from Collaborators
• Ability to drive automation efforts with timely follow-up with all stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and present technical information
  
  

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
