Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements using interviews, workshops, and user stories.
- Analyze and map Business processes to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design technology solutions aligned with business goals.
- Work with cross functional teams on time sensitive Energy data analysis that help summarize the business’s goals, initiatives, customer performance, etc.
- Ensure solution alignment with different stakeholders
- Contribute to project success by participating in testing and validation activities.
- Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
- 4 years proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in the Energy & Utilities industry.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to turn complex raw data into a useful summary
- Experience with Data Analytics, SQL, MS Access, PowerBI
- Proficiency with business analysis techniques and tools such as UML or BPMN.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of Energy & Utilities IT Systems, Clean Energy and Energy efficiency programs
