Job Title: Senior Electrical Project Risk & Business Analysis Specialist

Location: Richland, WA - 99354

Job Type: Long Term Contract Role

Work Hours: 10 hours/day, 40 hours/week

Summary:

Provides technical, analytical, and project support services for high-risk electrical infrastructure projects within a nuclear generation environment. This role partners with project leadership to ensure successful delivery of project objectives related to safety, quality, schedule, and budget. Acts as a subject matter expert, leveraging extensive field experience and best practices to optimize execution strategies, reduce risks, and improve outage and project performance. Plays a critical role in identifying cost-saving opportunities, shortening project timelines, and preventing execution risks for large-scale, complex projects.

Required / Mandatory Skills:

• Commercial nuclear power plant experience
• Advanced project management in nuclear or similar high-complexity environments
• Refueling outage and forced outage project experience
• Strong business case development (ROI, cost-benefit, financial modeling)
• Risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Stakeholder management and executive-level communication
• Error reduction and human performance improvement methodologies
• Online work management and execution optimization
• Performance metrics, KPI/KRI development, and reporting
  
  

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field with 20 years of technical experience; OR
• Associate degree with 22 years of experience; OR
• High School Diploma/GED with 24 years of experience
• Advanced degree may substitute for 2 years of experience
• Reactor Operator (RO/SRO) License or equivalent facility certification required
• Project Management certification required
