Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain GIS applications
- Build and support ArcGIS Server web applications
- Perform application upgrades and enhancements
- Configure and support CityWorks integrations with GIS web services
- Maintain and upgrade existing Facilities and Utility toolsets (C#, ArcObjects SDK)
- Analyze and troubleshoot production and program issues
- Develop reports using SSRS
- Minimum 5 years of application development experience using:
- J2EE, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, C#, Python
- Hands-on experience with ESRI ArcGIS technologies, including:
- ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS APIs, ArcGIS JavaScript API
- ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, ArcSDE, Collector, ArcGIS Mobile
- Experience with ArcGIS Model Builder and Python
- Strong SQL skills (queries, triggers, stored procedures)
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server preferred)
- Experience in troubleshooting and production support
- SSRS reporting experience
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience in systems analysis, project management, or related areas
- Recent experience working with a government entity
- Provide at least 2 professional references
- Must pass a background check
- Must comply with onsite security requirements (badge display)
