This role will work closely with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure accurate product costing, inventory valuation, and operational reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze manufacturing and production costs.
- Perform standard costing and monthly variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate inventory accounting for Raw Materials, WIP, and Finished Goods.
- Support month-end close including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and operational analysis.
- Review and reconcile inventory and general ledger accounts.
- Support physical inventory counts and inventory control processes.
- Analyze cost of goods sold (COGS), margins, and operational cost trends.
- Assist with BOM maintenance, cost roll updates, and ERP system support.
- Support audit preparation and internal control compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within costing and inventory functions.
- Collaborate with production, supply chain, and finance teams on operational reporting and cost analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3 - 5 years of Cost Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Standard Costing and Inventory Accounting.
- Experience with variance analysis, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Experience supporting ERP systems and manufacturing accounting processes.
