Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with customers to define configuration requirements and develop an overall solution approach.
- Produces requirement and functional design documents using Agile, gap analysis, and structured requirement methodologies.
- Leads customer needs definition and facilitates requirement gathering sessions and workshops.
- Creates and reviews functional requirements and gap analysis documents using process flows and diagrams.
- Configures products and business process rules to address customer business challenges.
- Provides input to Product Management teams to enhance product features based on customer configuration needs.
- Reviews end-to-end test strategies and test cases to ensure alignment with business scenarios.
- Trains end users on implemented business functionalities.
- Owns end-to-end business deliverables across project lifecycle phases.
- Coordinates cross-functional dependencies and resolves project issues.
- Acts as a domain expert to clarify business and functional queries for Scrum teams.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Strong expertise in business analysis, including requirements gathering and documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments with gap analysis methodologies.
- Ability to create process flows, diagrams, and functional documentation.
- Experience in reviewing test strategies and supporting UAT processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domains including Policy Administration, Billing, and Claims across regions such as India, Asia Pacific, North America, and the UK.
- Experience in estimation and project planning activities.
- Willingness to travel frequently for customer meetings and requirement gathering sessions.
Salary : $75 - $80
