Senior Business Analyst – Life Insurance Domain/Annuities experience

Introduction:

This position is for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in the Life Insurance Domain and Annuities. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements within the life insurance industry and working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to life insurance platforms and policy admin systems
• Create BRD (Business Requirements Document) and FRD (Functional Requirements Document)
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure quality of deliverables
• Develop process flows to optimize business processes
• Utilize LOMA/FLMI certification to enhance domain knowledge
• Handle tasks related to billing, premium processing, claims (life/disability), underwriting (L&A), and policy lifecycle (life/annuities)
  
  

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Life & Annuities domain
• Strong understanding of policy lifecycle (Life/Annuities), underwriting (L&A), claims (Life/Disability), and billing/premium processing
• LOMA/FLMI certification
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with life insurance platforms (NOT Guidewire-heavy) and policy admin systems (L&A)
• Strong BA skills including BRD/FRD, UAT, and process flows
