Role Summary:

Senior Business Analyst with 10 years of deep experience in Financial Services and a strong finance and accounting background. The role requires partnering with senior stakeholders across business, finance, and technology to drive complex data driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English and Spanish) and capable of handling sophisticated requirements analysis, data mapping, and financial data interpretation across product and non-product domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end to end requirements gathering and analysis for complex financial and data initiatives
• Partner with senior business, finance, and technology stakeholders to define business needs, scope, and priorities
• Develop use cases, functional specifications, and detailed user stories suitable for agile and hybrid delivery models
• Perform data mapping of financial product lifecycles to operational and accounting ledgers
• Analyze and reconcile financial data flows across upstream and downstream systems
• Translate business and accounting concepts into clear technical requirements for development teams
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution during testing and implementation
• Act as a senior advisor, influencing solution design and ensuring alignment with financial controls and reporting standards
