Seeking a Senior ADP Workforce Now Consultant to partner with People & Culture (HR) and Payroll teams on a strategic initiative to assess and optimize current ADP configuration.
The consultant will play a key role in evaluating the current state, identifying gaps, and guiding recommendations to support time off tracking, compliance (NY and multi-state), hybrid workforce requirements, and overall system optimization.

The consultant will play a key role in evaluating the current state, identifying gaps, and guiding recommendations to support time off tracking, compliance (NY and multi-state), hybrid workforce requirements, and overall system optimization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strategic thinker with hands-on ADP expertise
- Experience working alongside internal HRIS teams (collaborative approach)
- Able to provide recommendations without disrupting existing processes
- Practical, solution-oriented experience prioritized over years
- Ability to quickly assess current state and identify gaps
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations
- Design a scalable solution that reduces manual processes
- Design a scalable approach to track exempt employee PTO within ADP or an integrated solution
- Transition away from spreadsheet-based tracking
- Enable PTO balances to be reflected on employee pay stubs
- Align PTO tracking with payroll processes
- Address New York protected leave requirements (including pay stub visibility)
- Ensure approach supports multi-state compliance (including CA and others)
- Recommend processes that are audit-ready and sustainable
- Evaluate current requirement for tracking daily employee work location
- Recommend a unified solution that combines:
- Time off tracking
- Work location tracking
- Eliminate duplicate entry across systems
- Assess current ADP Workforce Now configuration
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and underutilized functionality
- Recommend improvements aligned with best practices and future growth
- Evaluate whether can support requirements natively
- Provide guidance on:
- SaaS solutions (via RFP process)
- Custom-built solution (if needed)
- Ensure alignment with payroll integration and reporting needs
- Improve reporting capabilities across HR and Payroll
- Enhance employee experience through improved visibility and system usability
- Evaluate ADP capabilities or partner solutions for compensation planning
- Provide recommendations aligned with evolving business needs
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now configuration
- Expertise in:
- Payroll processes
- PTO / leave management
- Time & Attendance functionality
- Experience supporting multi-state compliance (NY)
- Proven ability to conduct system assessments and optimization initiatives
- Ability to evaluate and recommend build vs. buy solutions
