- Perform quality engineering activities ensuring high quality software delivery.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and ensure testability.
- Support end to end testing lifecycle including functional, integration, regression, and end to end testing.
- Drive automation first approach in testing processes.
- Work with test data and environment teams to ensure readiness for testing.
- Manage test cases, execution, and reporting of results.
- Participate in defect management and track issues, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to align testing scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies including standups, grooming sessions, and retrospectives.
- Strong experience in quality engineering and software testing.
- Experience in Medicare domain including provider management and claims.
- Hands on experience with UI and database testing.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database validation.
- Experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
- Experience with Python for automation.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodology, and QE practices.
- Experience with test management tools such as Jira and Zephyr.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in matrixed and offshore team environments.
- 8 plus years of experience in technology quality engineering.
- 5 plus years of experience in Medicare domain.
- 1 plus years of experience with Python.
- Ensure timely delivery of QA deliverables.
- Coordinate with business SMEs to understand requirements.
- Align with QE teams on test plans, scope, and timelines.
- Support testing across all phases and ensure completion within timelines.
- Manage test case execution and reporting.
- Identify and document defects and track resolution.
- Collaborate with development and business teams for requirement clarity.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in testing practices.
- Test automation and quality engineering.
- SQL and database testing.
- AWS cloud services.
- Agile and SDLC methodologies.
- Test management and defect tracking.
- Communication and collaboration.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Agile certification is preferred.
Salary : $50 - $55
