Introduction:
The SDET/QA position is a crucial role within our team, responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through automated testing and quality assurance processes. The individual in this role will work closely with various teams to develop and execute test scenarios, manage bug reports, and communicate effectively to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- 5 years of experience in Agile Functional testing, Test Automation, and Development with a Quality Engineering background.
- Must have experience in Retail/Merchandising testing.
- Ability to perform Test Automation during sprints on multiple application platforms (Web, Mobile, Cloud, Desktop).
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Robot Framework, Selenium, UFT, Java, API, and Python.
- Experience working in an Agile environment is mandatory.
- Previous experience in the Retail domain is preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Create and manage bug reports, communicate effectively with the team.
- Develop different test scenarios and acceptance tests.
- Understanding of DevOps and Continuous Integration and Development (CICD) auto build processes.
- Collaborate with deployment teams to resolve system-level issues.
- Prepare and send various status reports such as Test Closure, Weekly, and Monthly reports.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to gather requirements and work both independently and collaboratively.
