Infrastructure SDET Lead

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure sector, is seeking a dedicated Infrastructure SDET Lead to join their dynamic team. As an Infrastructure SDET Lead, you will be an integral part of the Quality Engineering department supporting enterprise-scale transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Infrastructure SDET Lead

Location: Onsite in Grand Rapids, Michigan

Pay Range: $41 - 47/hr

What's the Job?

• Lead and coordinate network and infrastructure testing activities to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Develop and implement test automation frameworks utilizing tools such as Selenium, Python, and Robotic Process Automation.
• Perform integration testing and validate end-to-end system workflows in hybrid cloud environments.
• Utilize CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions to streamline testing processes.
• Manage test data strategies and leverage observability tools for monitoring and dashboard creation.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• 8-10 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with a focus on network and infrastructure testing.
• Expertise in test automation frameworks and scripting languages such as Selenium, Python, and Robotic.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure management.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of API, network, and system-level testing tools, along with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
