Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach multiple Scrum teams on Agile/Scrum values, principles, and practices.
- Remove impediments and help teams maintain focus on sprint goals.
- Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs and ensure welldefined user stories.
- Promote continuous improvement and high team performance.
- Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and sprint progress.
- Engage with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Support scaling of Agile practices across programs or portfolios.
- Required Skills And Qualifications:
- 10 years of overall IT experience with 5 years as a Scrum Master.
- Strong handson experience with Scrum and Agile frameworks.
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams (engineering, QA, product, UX).
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflictresolution skills.
- Proven ability to coach teams and foster a collaborative culture.
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master).
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments.
Salary : $60 - $65
