- Support research and laboratory operations by performing tissue processing, embedding, and staining techniques to generate high-quality samples for analysis.
- Collaborate with research teams to ensure accurate data generation, protocol optimization, and compliance with laboratory standards.
- Execute tissue processing to prepare high-quality samples for analysis.
- Perform tissue embedding using paraffin and frozen section techniques.
- Conduct tissue staining including immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and histological methods.
- Troubleshoot and optimize laboratory protocols for consistent results.
- Collaborate with researchers to design experiments and interpret findings.
- Maintain detailed records of procedures, results, and inventory.
- Proficiency in histological techniques including paraffin and cryosectioning.
- Expertise in immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence methods.
- Strong troubleshooting and protocol optimization skills.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team environments.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and quality standards.
- Master s degree in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or related field required.
- Bachelor s degree with relevant experience may be considered.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in tissue processing, embedding, and staining.
- Experience working in research or clinical laboratory settings preferred.
Salary : $35 - $40
