Job Title: SAP SD/MM Functional Analytic Consultant

Location: Ann Arbor, MI or Milpitas, CA (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on SAP SD/MM Functional Consultant with strong Analytics experience. This is a business-facing role requiring interaction with U.S.-based stakeholders, driving blueprint sessions, and designing analytical solutions.

This is not an architect-only role — the ideal candidate must be actively involved in hands-on functional and analytics work.

Required Experience:

• 10 years of overall SAP experience
• Minimum 5 years in SAP SD and 5 years in SAP MM
• Recent 5 years of U.S. work experience (mandatory)
  
  

Core Skills:

< data-start="1121" data-end="1155">SAP Functional (Primary):

• Strong experience in SAP SD (Order-to-Cash):
• Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Intercompany Invoicing
• Strong experience in SAP MM:
• Master Data (Info Records, Source Lists)
• Procurement (PR/PO configuration and purchasing processes)
• Cross-functional expertise between SD and MM modules

< data-start="1478" data-end="1499">SAP S/4HANA:

• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Exposure to Advanced ATP (aATP) is a strong plus
  
  

Analytics Requirement (MANDATORY):

• Strong experience in Analytics / Reporting tools such as:
• Tableau
• SSRS
• Power BI or similar
• Experience working on:
• SAP SD/MM data analysis
• Dashboard design & development
• Focus is on building analytical solutions, not just configuration
  
  

Additional Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with SAP CRM and middleware integration (SD/CRM)
• Exposure to EDI/B2B interfaces and third-party integrations
• Semiconductor industry experience (nice to have, not mandatory)
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as a Functional Analytic Consultant across multiple SAP projects
• Design and build dashboards using SAP data (SD/MM)
• Lead and drive blueprint sessions with business stakeholders
• Provide solution design approaches during interviews and project discussions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and U.S.-based clients
