Role Summary
DXC is seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Lead to support an automotive organization in the design, deployment, and stabilization of SAP PM capabilities for a greenfield manufacturing plant. Key Responsibilities
PM Implementation & Execution
- Lead configuration and deployment of SAP PM for plant operations
- Translate existing templates into plant-specific execution models
- Define and implement functional locations, equipment master data, maintenance plans, and work order processes
- Work onsite with maintenance teams to guide system usage and validate workflows
- Replace manual processes with SAP-based execution
- Align PM with spare parts, procurement, and warehouse operations
- Support integration with external MRO systems
- Support pre-production validation of maintenance processes
- Ensure PM supports commissioning and ramp-up
- Provide hands-on support during ramp-up (3 6 months)
- Troubleshoot issues impacting uptime and maintenance execution
- 8 12 years SAP Plant Maintenance experience
- Automotive or manufacturing plant experience
- Experience with plant startup or major rollout
- Strong knowledge of maintenance operations and MRO processes
