This position is for a SAP HR Success Factor with expertise in SuccessFactors, HR, and Employee Central (EC) modules. The individual will be responsible for configuring and developing the Employee Central or Compensation module within the SAP HR system.

This position is for a SAP HR Success Factor with expertise in SuccessFactors, HR, and Employee Central (EC) modules. The individual will be responsible for configuring and developing the Employee Central or Compensation module within the SAP HR system.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor''s degree
- In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors, particularly in Employee Central or Compensation
- Hands-on experience in configuration and development of SAP HR systems
- Drive technologies for Compensation in SAP SuccessFactors and oversee HR technology development
- Implement and support HR systems to improve overall HR efficiency and business productivity
- Conduct Security and Architecture reviews for new developments in HR systems
- Lead project management with offshore development centers, consultants, and software vendors
- Maintain system performance and reliability standards
- Adhere to global governance, project activities, and compliance requirements
- Independently analyze business requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Function as central coordinator and lead developer for HR technology projects
Required Skills:
- Hands-on configuration of either Employee Central or Compensation module in SAP HR
- Knowledge of HR business processes and SuccessFactors certification (preferably in Compensation and/or Variable Pay)
- Experience with Business Rules configuration and exposure to CPI
- Experience in Rewards and Recognitions Programs in a high-growth environment
- Use of AI and automation to drive HR efficiencies
- Project management experience in core areas of Compensation, Recognition, Stocks Awards, and Variable Pay
