Requirements

• 7 or more years of experience in SAP HCM technical development and system maintenance.
• Proficiency in SAP Payroll (PY) module processing and HR cluster schema tables.
• Experience in developing custom SAP Infotypes and macros for logical databases.
• Experience with HCM structural authorizations and dynamic action enhancements.
• Experience in BSI 10.0 tax software integration and cyclic application troubleshooting.
• Experience with full lifecycle Public Sector SAP implementations and OSS notes research.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Code, test, and implement technical modifications within Human Resources and Payroll modules.
• Develop custom SAP Infotypes and macros to extend standard enterprise functionality.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues within HR cluster tables and payroll processing schemas.
• Manage BSI tax software updates and resolve cyclic application errors.
• Execute technical enhancements for dynamic actions and remuneration statements.
• Design technical solutions for HCM structural authorizations and system portal technologies.
• Support enterprise upgrades and support pack implementations through detailed technical documentation.
