Required Skills
- 10 years of SAP consulting experience
- At least 6 years of experience in SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance
- Strong knowledge of the Utilities / Energy industry
- Hands-on expertise in:
- SAP S/4HANA EAM
- Asset Intelligence Network (AIN)
- Asset Strategy & Performance Management (ASPM)
- SAP Work Manager / SAP Fiori
- Proven experience leading large-scale SAP transformation programs
- Experience with business case development and roadmap execution
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence C-level executives and senior leadership
- Experience managing cross-functional onshore/offshore delivery teams
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Master’s Degree or MBA preferred

- Lead client engagements to assess current asset management processes, systems, and business pain points
- Define and architect SAP EAM solutions including:
