- Strong experience in SAP GRC Access Control (AC)
- Experience with SAP Security & Authorization concepts
- Hands-on experience in:
- Access Risk Analysis (ARA)
- Emergency Access Management (EAM)
- Access Request Management (ARM)
- Business Role Management (BRM)
- SAP ECC / S4HANA security administration experience
- User role creation and authorization management
- Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation
- Experience with SAP Fiori security
- Knowledge of SAP Basis concepts
- Strong understanding of compliance and audit requirements
- Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow/JIRA
- Good communication and client interaction skills
- Implement and support SAP GRC Access Control solutions
- Perform SoD risk analysis and mitigation
- Design and maintain SAP roles and authorizations
- Handle user provisioning and workflow approvals
- Support audit and compliance activities
- Collaborate with business and technical teams
- Troubleshoot SAP security and GRC-related issues
- Maintain documentation and security standards
- Support SAP upgrades and migrations
- SAP GRC 10.x/12 experience
- S4HANA migration project exposure
- SAP Fiori & HANA DB security knowledge
- SAP certifications are a plus
