We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Security Analyst to design, implement, and maintain SAP security roles in alignment with Delta's security standards and SOX compliance requirements. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, SAP functional architects, and developers to ensure a secure, auditable, and compliant SAP environment. While primarily focused on production support, the position also includes coordinating ongoing project deployments to maintain adherence to security methodology and design principles.
Key Responsibilities

Strong understanding of SOX compliance, system risks, segregation of duties, and mitigating controls.
Familiarity with SAP Basis, ABAP objects, transports, and integration points.
Experience with SAP GRC 10.x (required); AC12 experience is a plus.
SAP HCM authorization experience (Payroll, Time, OM/PA) and structural profiles (preferred).
Knowledge of SAP Fiori and Gateway authorizations (preferred).
Experience with SAP HANA BI role design and user administration (plus).
Experience with SAP Ariba, Extended Warehouse Management and Transportation Management (plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database tools.
