- We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with 12 years of SAP Finance and Controlling experience to support S/4HANA implementations, enhancements, and support activities. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules with strong exposure to S/4HANA transformations, financial integrations, and business process optimization.
- Lead SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation, rollout, and support projects.
- Configure and support FI modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Configure CO modules including:
- Cost Center Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting
- Internal Orders
- Product Costing
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
- Support S/4HANA Finance features such as:
- Universal Journal
- New GL
- Central Finance
- Group Reporting
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- MM (Materials Management)
- SD (Sales & Distribution)
- PP (Production Planning)
- BW / Analytics
- Participate in data migration, system conversion, and testing activities for S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
- Support UAT, integration testing, and system validation.
- Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
- 12 years of SAP FICO experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
- General Ledger Accounting
- AP/AR
- Asset Accounting
- Cost Center Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting
- Product Costing
- CO-PA
- Experience with S/4HANA Finance migration or implementation
- Strong integration knowledge with MM, SD, and other SAP modules
- Experience with data migration tools such as LSMW, Migration Cockpit
- Knowledge of Fiori apps for finance
- Strong business process and financial accounting knowledge
- Experience with Central Finance
- Knowledge of Group Reporting or Consolidation
- Experience with SAP Fiori / Embedded Analytics
- Experience in global implementations
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology
- CPA / Finance background is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
- SAP FICO certification preferred
