- Design and develop SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services) solutions for large-scale data migration projects
- Work on end-to-end ETL processes including data extraction, transformation, profiling, and cleansing
- Lead data conversion activities for Customer, Product, and Supplier Master data
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and define requirements
- Perform data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and testing
- Support cutover planning, execution, and post-production activities
- Lead and mentor teams across onshore and offshore models
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Data Services (BODS)
- Solid understanding of data migration best practices and ETL processes
- Experience in data profiling, cleansing, and reconciliation
- Proven experience in handling end-to-end BODS data conversion projects
- Prior experience in a Technical Lead role is highly preferred
