Job Description:
Program Manager to lead execution of a complex, multi-program Salesforce transformation portfolio supporting Manufacturing Sales, Customer Service, and Construction Services operations.
This role is responsible for end-to-end coordination of multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring delivery across Salesforce, ERP (Oracle/Navision), CPQ (Tacton), mobile platforms and Adobe Experience Mgr / SF integration, Fabric integration and analytics
The immediate priority is to accelerate Manufacturing Sales capabilities, while maintaining alignment with dependent programs across service, warranty, and operational workflows.
This is a portfolio orchestration role, not a project manager or Scrum role. The Program Manager will operate at the cross-program, cross-system, and cross-functional level, ensuring that delivery is sequenced, integrated, and executable.
