They will be responsible for eliminating tech debt, implementing enhancements, and providing maintenance. They will work with different Scrum teams and managers. This Salesforce Developer will be responsible for Agile ceremonies, heads-down development, design sessions, assigning tasks and stories, reviewing designs from developers, and mentoring junior developers.
