Title: Salesforce System Integrations Engineer

Job Summary

The System Integration Engineer is responsible for defining and implementing strategies and technologies to ensure seamless integration between business stakeholders and IT systems. This role focuses on gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring Salesforce, and ensuring optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate requirements into user stories and technical specifications
• System Configuration & Development
• Configure Salesforce features including workflows, validation rules, security models, and flows
• Collaborate with developers on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Process Mapping & Optimization
• Analyze current business processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies
• Design optimized future-state solutions using process mapping tools
• Testing & Deployment
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Develop test scripts and coordinate deployments across Salesforce environments
• Data Management & Reporting
• Perform data analysis and ensure data integrity
• Develop reports and dashboards for business insights
• Support & Documentation
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support
• Create user manuals, release notes, and training materials
  
  

Required Technical Skills

• Salesforce Platform: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, Flows
• Technical Expertise: Salesforce object modeling, APIs, and integration patterns
• Methodologies: Agile/Scrum project lifecycle experience
• Tools: Visio/Lucidchart, SQL, Data Loader
  
  

Required Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  
  

Mandatory Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in complex IT projects
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role as a System Integration Engineer
• 2 years of Salesforce architecture and solution design experience
• 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud / CRM
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and/or Administrator
  
  

Additional Preferred Experience (2 years each)

• Salesforce CPQ, Pardot, or Industry Clouds
• Sales/Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, and Flows
• Salesforce object modeling, APIs, and integrations
• Process mapping tools (Visio/Lucidchart), SQL, Data Loader
• Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
• Salesforce configuration and development support
• Process optimization and solution design
