Job Title: Salesforce System Integration Engineer

Location: Albany, NY (hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Duties And Responsibilities

• Define and implement strategies and technology to ensure seamless integration of data and application interfaces between business stakeholders and IT teams
• Elicit, document, and analyze requirements to design, configure, and deploy Salesforce solutions
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, manage system enhancements, and ensure optimal performance
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, transforming them into user stories and technical specifications
• Configure Salesforce functionality (workflows, validation rules, security models, flows) and support developers in creating Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Analyze current state processes to identify inefficiencies and design future state solutions using process mapping tools
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), create test scripts, and coordinate deployment across Salesforce sandboxes
• Perform complex data analysis, build reports and dashboards, and maintain data integrity
• Troubleshoot support issues, create documentation (user manuals, release notes), and provide training
  
  

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Salesforce Platform including Sales/Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, and declarative automation tools (Flows)
• Understanding of Salesforce object modeling, APIs, and data integration patterns
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and project management lifecycles
• Proficiency in process mapping software (Visio/Lucidchart), SQL, and data loader tools
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical teams and non-technical business users
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously
• Experience working on complex projects in a leadership role as a System Integration Engineer
• Experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design
• Experience using Salesforce Service Cloud and CRM
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and Administrator certifications
• Experience with CPQ, Pardot, or specialized Salesforce Industries clouds
• Experience in Sales/Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, and declarative automation tools (Flows)
• Experience in Salesforce object modeling, APIs, and data integration patterns
• Experience in process mapping software (Visio/Lucidchart), SQL, and data loader tools
• Experience in Requirements Gathering & Analysis
• Experience in System Configuration & Development
• Experience in Process Mapping & Optimization
