- Must have 6 years' experience in Salesforce Architecture, working for major F500 company.
- Minimum 10X Certified with at least 2 Architect certifications.
- Should have rich client experience and should have been in client facing roles.
- Must have an expert level understanding and 10 years of directly working with of the Salesforce product suite.
- Preferably from Financial Services cloud, Sales, Service, Community/ Experience (Bare minimum 3 cloud expertise required).
- Must have an extensive experience with data migrations from third party systems to Salesforce.
- Must have a proven desire to continue to grow their knowledge inside the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Service management and ITSM processes is a plus.
- 10 years Salesforce business process design and rules configuration.
- Must have an extensive knowledge with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth).
- 10 years multi-tier architecture design for scalable solutions with manufacturing and billing systems.
- 8 years Integration architecture and tools experience - real-time APIs and ETL - tools such as
- SAP PI/PO, Mulesoft and Salesforce connect.
- Expertise in full Salesforce application lifecycle development, including solutioning, planning, development, testing, environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies and operationalizing.
- Must have an expert level of knowledge in configuration as well as in declarative customization and APEX development.
- Expertise with Salesforce and enterprise architecture best practices design - weighing balance between configuration, customization, use of managed packages, app exchange apps, accelerators, and connectors.
